What time does this launch? Will it launch at the same time on Uplay and Epic?

Since Watchdogs: Legion launched 15 hours later on Epic than on Uplay, with the fact being communicated less than an hour before the time of the supposed coordinated launch, I want to know if this will be the case for this game too. Please make this clear.
