Xbox SX: Two crashes in first ten minutes; texture loading slow

The game crashed in the first ten minutes of the campaign two times. Once right after selling the fish and second time a little later when arriving the island.
Restart of the game helped. Now it seems to run stable (2 hours of game play).
Another issue observed is that the loading time of the textures is slow. This has also reported for PS5 in this forum.
I'm missing tags for XBOX and PS5 in this forum.
Crashes and texture loading should be fixed. -

Talking about Crashes and texture, look in your log files in game and you will see all the bugs not fixed
