    I want to see Recurve and Compound Bows for the next Ghost Recon title. It would be great for pure Stealth Builds and a new way to play the beloved franchise.

    If there's actually going to be another Ghost Recon game, I hope that they aren't considering any type of bow. Pure stealth builds imo actually don't belong in a Ghost Recon titled game - it belongs, again imo, in a game titled Splinter Cell.

    I second that motion.

    A Recurve & Compound Bow may belong in most other games *EXCEPT" on a Ghost Recon game and I am going to give you my 0.2 cents worth.

    The game is (or at least was) based on Tier 1 Operators. The name Ghost does not equal stealth per se but a way to Recon a place, annihilate everyone in it and get the hell out and nobody knows what hit them, hence the name Ghost. I doubt you can stop much with a Bow, Recurve, Compound, or otherwise. Sometimes we need to decide what game we want to play and not a mixed salad of all games. Heck, in my opinion, there are way too many options in weapons already.

    Also, if there is a Bow then they need to put time and effort to create a mission or a set of mission where you could use such thing to feel immersed and make it fun. As a bad example, there are a ton of shotguns that one can say, I use them all the time, but that is due to forcing yourself to do so or making your own missions to do so but the game doesn't provide a good chance or it does but only 1 or 2 so, my idea is, if the studio does not waste time making Oncies or Twosies, they can make better missions, more thought out more mature with only weapons that require ammo. Another example, the Sniper Rifles and the different joke of ammos use, when there is no distance to really take a good sniper shot. What I mean is you could do it with an ASR and a good scope. I rather they take their take to make these things authentic within the realm of the game. If Consoles can only draw a certain distance then take the time to create but don't hinder the PC players that can draw twice the distance if not more, that kind of shortcomings I rather they work on.
