I just had 6 foresters and could not get near a decent supply of logs/lumber, on maps without regrowing forests you are pretty much f**** now. I wonder could you provide any thought process behind the forester? why does a building that is needed for logs cost 10! logs? why not make it a small 2 hex building costing maybe 3 lumber 2 stone that replenishes the trees in his surrounding area? Or just add some regrowing trees to all the forests, right now the forester is painfully slow. Adding more logs/lumber as starting resources to your warehouse like you do with stones might help a little too.

Also i do not get the sawmill downgrade, if you do have enough logs, then you still have to build 3 or 4 sawmills now, i wonder how is that helping the game?

Please work on this asap, most players are not going to tell you how annoying this is here in the forum but they will just stop having fun and stop playing.

Hear me out. It takes me a minimum of 5 minutes to find a game, sometimes as much as 15-20.

I'd like to play for a while after waiting that long.

So what's the problem?

Getting rushed. Primarily by arranged teams who thrive on the communication the devs have denied the rest of us. Having six archers enter your base just as you've gotten the base goods up and running is not fun. Removing the archers would remove the problem, and these people who clearly don't even enjoy the gameplay mechanics and exclusively play to win, would move on to something more suited for their desires.

I'm fine with losing or winning after working hard for it. Getting overrun after less than ten minutes after waiting through matchmaking for just as long is just gonna make me quit the game permanently.

This is happening more and more often, and it's ruining what fun there is to be had with this game.
