Unsolved PS5: Unable to select action in Diplomacy

I can only select threats in diplomacy. Restart Game, Ps5, New sandbox, and I tried1 dualsense edge and 2 dualsense controllers. When I get a notification I can once select an action.

@vinnie1234 Hello, I can also confirm this error! I have the same problem on my PS5. I have already opened a ticket with Ubisoft customer service. I hope that they will fix the error soon. it's very annoying not being able to play the game properly as a result. I also noticed that this error only occurs on the Anno 1800 full disc version. the demo version downloaded from the Playstation Store
does not have this. Would be cool if you keep us posted here. -

I got the same problem (and also made a post about it haha)
The bug persisted even through reloading the save and creating a completely new game.
I was able to fix it with restarting the game!
Quick Update: Yesterday I had the bug immediately again after starting the game and restarting did not fix it this time!
