Unsolved R6Fix infinite loading

Hi, I went to the r6fix site, logged in, but after loggin in, the login window turned fully white and in the top was written "Internal server error". I refreshed the site and the site statred to load, but it never ended. I tried using another browsers, even in incognito mode. Every time I get that same white window saying "Internal server error".

@OndrejSuperman I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing infinite loading when trying to access R6Fix. Are you still experiencing this error when loading into the webpage? If you are, can you provide an image of the error message that you are receiving?

@Ubi-Poseidon I don´t receive an error just the white window with the text when loggin in, but it never loads so I don´t get any error. I also noticed that the https://drops-register.ubi.com/: (https://drops-register.ubi.com) site loads, then it starts loading the inventory and when it loads, it says I have nothing in it. I am sure I have plenty of items there, because I regularly watch stream with drops to Ubisoft games.

To rule out any cookie or otherwise browser related issues with loading you in, could you try the steps in our guide here ( to include testing an alternate web browser and a private browsing option ). Please let us know how things are looking afterwards.
