Unlock rolling is extremely problematic because of the distance it traverses. I can effectively escape most mixups tracking and guardbreaks and my opponent will also be hitting thin air for the next several strikes before even reaching me. Unless the opponent preemtively dash attacks me, this cheesy maneuver will allow me to recover in time from the distance the roll covers to either recover my stamima or land a free attack as my opponent is vulnerable from either still attacking or dashing.

The preemtive foeward dashs/dash attacks is also very risky because while doing so you are vulnerable for a long time now that that your guard disappears fully and for longer.

Not only is the unlock roll a very cowardly maneuver to evade almost everything and by far the safest option (especially after the dodge attack changes), its also extremely unrealistic how far your character goes. It should be used to evade projectiles like AoE feats, not to escape combat. The distance rolled needs to be shortened. Until then I will abuse the bloody hell out of this unlock roll every game. I pity whoever has to face me. Im starting a meta, join or die fools LooooooooooooooooL
