Unsolved Tree of life" core challenge won't complete

I've changed my tree of life in the settlement quite a few times. In an older topic the challenge was completed somewhat later. I've actually waited several days and still the challenge hasn't completed. How can I get the challenge completed?

@Roelsmit1982 All the challenges have been broken all week. I completed the entire Isle of Sky questline and all the challenges and 95% of them didn't register. Some of the non-story related ones started registering today after the notice that Ubisoft Connect was broken, which I figured out 3 days ago but some of them still haven't. I for sure collected 250 Opal's between finishing Wrath of the Druids and the Isle of Sky, but it's still stuck at 205. Same with the 100 Sickle kills. Was stuck at 0, but now it's up to 3 since I just tested it again.

@choward435 thanks. I haven't noticed this. Most of them just sync for me. Just this one that's stuck...

@Roelsmit1982 Interesting. My challenges started working on Friday and worked over the weekend, now they are all stuck again so I won't be able to complete the poison arrow or corner assassination weekly's. Seems they only work over the weekends and then on Monday or Tuesday they start sticking again.
