When all your engineers died there is no way to create new ones ...

Apparently once all my engineers has been killed all the building options becomes dark gray and there is no way to create any new building like Guilde Office to recruit new engineers !!!
Is it done on purpose or is it a huge bug ??? To conclude mission 3 you need to send an engineer to the top of the map but you can't recruit any new one !!!
So what do you think ? You apologise or you don't want to lose face ?

Woah, aren't you a bit too edgy? So you couldn't play well enough, and you lost all your engineers and now you blame the dev for your poor skills?
Maybe checking some guides on youtube will help you with this mission. -
and if in the world all women or men died, and you can't make more people, will it be a BUG? and the creator of the world will lose face?
