We have 135 stars on Xbox and something has happened that prevents us from accessing events. Anyway of fixing this?

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing events in Riders Republic.
Can you please confirm which type of events are affected by this (bike, skiing, snowboard or air) and if you experienced any issues prior to this such as the game crashing?
Could you also provide a video that demonstrates this issue.
