No saving in the campaign mode

Let me start by saying that I see a lot of negative reviews, but I have been playing the campaign for a couple of days and I like the game! It feels like Settlers to me!
But the game has issues when saving, it will not work all the time. I was at the end of my campaign in the oasis and I needed 10 more fish!! It crashed and it did not save anything! Now I have to start all over again and that is killing my fun!
Verry big issue for me, cause a chapter in the campaign can take a day and not being able to save is a big issue. Could you please look into that? -
Hi there @Boahnne74! I'm sorry for the late reply here, and that your game crashed without saving!
The Settlers: New Allies has manual saves as well as auto saves. Could you please confirm if the auto saves aren't working or if saving manually isn't working?
In order to prevent these crashes from happening again in the future, I also recommend that you go through our PC technical troubleshooting guide, particularly verifying your game files and ensuring there are no background applications running that may be interfering with the game.Official Response
