On October 18th 2022, I lost 120 of my 360 skill points. I have no clue how or why they disappeared, but I have no way of getting them back as I've reached max level, gotten all of them in the world, etc.
I've made a case on the main page but for whatever reason it tells me to sign in to see it even when I am, so this is the next place I could try and fix this

Oh man, where does it end with the bugs and the glitches of this game? Unfortunately, the support for the game (well, the little support really when the game was being allegedly supported) ended a year or so ago so you will be hard-pressed to get anything back at this point but hey, you may be lucky and one of the other members may have a band-aid or workaround because truth be told, I have no idea how one can lose skill points but then again, I am not an avid BP player.

@GiveMeTactical I hope I can fix it, I don't mind it too much since I usually run 1 Primary anyways but the reduced recoil for 2 guns is very helpful for Raids

Have you maxed the skill tree?

If yes to previous, have you placed any skill points into Weapons Masterly?

@MikeWeeks Yep, level 99, all classes at 20, all points in world picked up. My count says 240 points with 120 "in the world" so I can only fully fill out 2 guns

Then clearly Ubisoft has ripped you off. I bet your character slot took a "hit" on the server-side for any number of reasons that we'll never know, and because there's no off-line game-save capability, it'll take a specific action by Ubisoft to restore your 120 skill points that they removed.

I mean this seriously - good luck with them to not only acknowledge the error on their end, but also to correct it.

So after you have all the perks filled up as well as the Weapon Mastery (which by the way, did anyone notice you shooting better or having a better effect on the enemy with it? I don't or don't know what the differences are), but I digress., you still have 240 Skill points? Holy Guacamole, that is a lot of hours playing the game.

Now, what does "120 skills in the world" mean exactly? is that something akin to "For the best player experience" that one would think to understand but in reality one doesn't

Oh, ooh, oooooohhh, Ok, I get it now.

So in short, kiss those goodbyes because I doubt if you will ever get them back. I mean, as a Catholic I have seen miracles happen, so anything can happen but as a realist and when it comes to UBI's history at fixing things they have broken, well, not so much and I don't mean to crush your cheerios.

Now, I know this is a PITA but the silver lining could be that you can still go back and get those skill points if you want to keep playing the game. I guess I should thank God I really don't care about skill points and stuff, I really don't see the increases or the benefits in some of those skills to be honest, case in point the Weapon's Mastery, perhaps I am that bad of a shooter, I do get triggered by other stuff like how bad the enemies, teammates and the missions are but I have been told I can't get a proper mature GR game and that I should just wrap my head around the game and I will enjoy it the way they want me to play it so I don't play the game that much anymore and that seems to work best.

@Ubi-Froggard I can definitely confirm that my account has only been used on 1 PS4 which is my own. At best what I could suspect caused it is maybe I closed game without exiting to menu, but otherwise I never did any tweaking or transferring or etc. to my character
