Unsolved [STEAM] Year 8 Pass DLC is Missing

I bought the Year 8 Pass from Steam more than 72 hours ago, and it still doesn't show up ingame. I've submitted the Ticket (17971811) more than 2 days ago and the support decided to ghost me. Tried refunding on Steam but it has failed. PLEASE HELP ME. This is the first time in my life that i needed to plead in the game Forum because I didn't get the items that I bought for. Is this a scam?

@Abyssteroth I have the same issue as your! I launched the game as Vulkan, reinstall Rainbow six siege, reinstall the Year 8 pass DLC, and I also submitted my ticket to support about almost 96 hours ago and guess what? they said that the dlc is in the main menu... like wha-? How am I supposed to able to access the content if the content did not appear in my game. Then I updated them that is not valid at all and they ghosted my ticket since...
So yeah, maybe you could try to launch the game as Vulkan? I heard some people got it working by doing that. Good luck! -
@Neet_god I've tried everything that you've tried. They ghosted me for 4 days now. Even DMing them on Twitter got ghosted as well. Tried refunding on Steam but Steam said that I've 'played' the DLC for more than 24 hours but [censored]? The content isn't in my game yet, how tf would i 'play' the dlc.

@Eat-shoes Nothing. They chose to Ignore all support tickets because they can't deliver. This can open up for a Lawsuit since Nothing of what promised has been delivered.

@Abyssteroth Ive had the same issue. Purchased the premium battlepass the day the new season released and have yet to see anything unlock. Waste of money, leaves me to believe ubisoft is just cash grabbing and not even fixing the issue. I still dont even have brava unlocked!
