Hello everyone i can't unlock last gift ,its says u can't unlock try later or go to ubisoft support .I try this unlock for long time no changes.

Assuming you have 30 Ubisoft "club" units that it costs to unlock that reward, the only other suggestion, based on other's experiences from quite some time ago - try to unlock the reward prior to starting the game. IOW, do it directly from Connect, under Games, under Rewards. -

Can I ask you to try again through your browser after having run through our browser troubleshooting?
