It is the second time it happened to me. What are the clear steps to resolve this issue?
Please skip the apologies and nice words and give precise steps to get it fixed!
Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

Unfortunately for you, me, and everybody else, there are no clear steps to resolve this issue. Hell, there are not even Muddy Steps to solve this issue.
I am on a 600 Mbit Broadband and last night while playing with a friend Co=Op, I was the lucky winner of that issue. Everything else was working, browser, apps, internet, etc, etc, except the game. My friend even told me that he thought I was being rude or had to cut the session short for some reason.
We can all speculate on their servers and the disarray they got going on internally but you'll be hard-pressed to get a real answer from any of the CMs here and not because they don't want to but, more than likely, because they are not allowed. At best you will hear that "A Team is Investigating"
Hey there @BABANSJAB and @GiveMeTactical ,
I'm sorry to hear that you guys got disconnected from the Ubisoft online services while playing Breakpoint. If possible, I recommend using a wired connection for optimal connectivity. I can also suggest some basic connection troubleshooting other than the wired connection, and, if needed, here are the required ports for Ghost Recon Breakpoint.
Port forwarding is only really needed in the worst of situations, so hopefully this wont be necessary, but just in case, I wanted to add that information here for you guys.
Honestly, I wouldn't even know how to start doing Port Forwards in my router and I am the one who controls it in my household. The other part of it is, well, I believe that I shouldn't be having to jump through all kinds of hoops and hurdles because Ubi is not capable of getting its house in order and I mean that with all honesty.
1.- I never had issues playing a game online until recently when Ubisoft deemed it necessary to spend 33 cents in rent for servers. I have been playing Co-Op for over 2 years and not until the last 6+ months is when the problems started to happen. Then again, don't think I stress this too much either, as I have told plenty of people here, when there is a problem with a Ubisoft game, 99.5% of the time is because of a Ubi problem not the player's fault or issue so I go run an errand, go visit or talk to a friend, watch tV or play something else but the last thing I am going to do is waste 1 minute testing or running things in my PC that may or may not work. I do that every so often, I clean my rig, blow dirt out, clean temp files, run Ccleaner, etc, etc.
2.- I also play Warzone with another friend (I am on PC and he is on Console in case that makes a difference) and also play the CoDMW19 campaign and again, ZERO issues whatsoever (and that is also always online) so No, I am not about to do your job, less so for something you have charged me for. How much I paid is beside the point.
I am on Wifi because running wired would be way too much of a hassle in the part of the house I have my gaming rig and office (Wifi still runs at 400+ Mbps steady) and if I can Watch & stream a football/Soccer match (All European Leagues & Championships) that I know for a fact has more people watching it than Breakpoint servers, or Netflix while my kids and wife are also watching Netflix or playing online, I should be able to play Co-Op no problem. Do I feel that the internet should work 24/7/365? Yes, yes I do but I am not that naive to pretend that it can't break from time to time and I am ok with that. Now, when my ISP breaks down, they tell me that they know there is a problem and it will take an X amount of time to fix, they don't tell me to go outside run a marathon and come back to see if by running a marathon the problem has gone away.
Hey @GiveMeTactical
I understand that it's not exactly common knowledge to know how to do port forwarding, but we provide the ports required for all our games that have some online connectivity because it is a step that does help. Each game is different, so it's not always and not usually required. However, we can't guide you how to do it as every router model is different, but you can Google how to do port forwarding for X (your router model number) and should easily find step by step guide for it, or your ISP should be able to take you through it if you are using the router they provided, or alternatively, your routers manufacturer.

Nah! it is ok, no game is this important to me that will make me jump through all those required hoops and hurdles just because UBI doesn't want to support a game they sold for full price and/or decided to make it Online-Only but I also know this is not your personal fault so thank you nonetheless.
It does prove one thing though, Ubi is willing to do whatever it takes to get money from their customers not caring what happens afterward or putting the burden onto the paying customer. Case in point, all the issues that are happening recently due to servers that were not happening before. The Steam sales and their issues and you guys are quick to point out there is no more support but still are selling a broken product, these are just a few examples that should stick with people's mind for future purchase of your products.
@GiveMeTactical Hi !
I've taken note of your message, as well as your feedback on the matter and the troubleshooting steps, and I'm sorry to hear that the problem impacts your experience.
If there's anything else we can help you with, or if you would like to resume the troubleshooting after checking the ports, feel free to let us know !
@Ubi-MrM Thanks for the reply but perhaps I wasn't clear when I said that no game is this important to me that will make me jump through all these hoops and hurdles. I still can play the game, but at some point during the day or some days, I can't so when that happens, I don't go crazy troubleshooting my whole rig because I know there is nothing wrong with it nor I am willing to waste time or break something it wasn't broken as it has happened before so I tend not to fix things when they are not broken like the saying goes.
And how I know and only care to know is when I can launch another/other Online-Only game like Cod MW and this one does not freeze, locks, or sputters at me every chance it gets so I play that until WL or BP lets me back in. And no, it isn't a cheap shot at UBI by posting that a CoD game doesn't do that, it is the reality of the situation. Just need to clarify that. I am mostly back playing BP because of all the issues people are encountering now, I wanted to help and this is how I lost my 1slot and why I am on the 3rd testing and well, shooting some paper targets as well.
I've been playing this game as well as Extraction for a long time and now as in the the past several days.... I can only play
Breakpoint by myself. I can't Coop nor can I even matchmake in Extraction.... I have great internet. Everything works on non Ubisoft related games. I just all of a sudden can't play online with friends nor play in Extraction at all? So what is the deal? I can't seem to find anyone to help me with this?!
