so i was playing and all of the sudden i couldnt move anymore. i think maybe resetting my data will help? i do not mind if you reset my data becuase i have barely any progress, im still on tutorial. welp i hope you can help me fix this problem and i really want to get back to playing!

I'm sorry to hear you are unable to move in the game. As it is still early on, we should be able to just reset your save for you but you'll need to reach out through a private channel as we have to verify account ownership and have confirmation you requested it on a ticket before we can do something like that.
