Docklands blocks itself when moving main building & modules, I click the Move button and then only click on the main building to move it & all attached modules to a new location along the same coast line (which is devoid of any other structures) and I get a "Free harbour area needed" error.
Sounds like the same issue Piers used to suffer from. -

@Ubi-Galaxy Hmmm, actually it seems like the modules are being treated as part of the main building, so if any of the modules are positioned over an invalid location it won't let me move everything by using the Move Tool on the Docklands Main Wharf (I was expecting it to trigger a prompt to confirm that some structures would be destroyed if I went ahead with the move like the Multi-Move function does, instead I get a "Free harbour area needed" warning).
By the way, can you remind me where I should post gameplay suggestions?
