I thought that all you needed to do to play your console with KB+M was to get an adapter.

I’m not sure if you’re aware but Ubisoft has been creating software that can detect if you’re using keyboard and mouse on console.
and are planning to implement a counter to it that will slowly increase the lag time the longer you use it until using keyboard and mouse becomes unplayable on console

Sandi, is this for real or ironic? I mean, I wouldn't put it pass them since they like not to optimize KB+M but to that extreme?

Again, not that the show any logic in their games but, what would be the logic behind that move?

I dont know if they are developing a counter to kb/m use on consoles, but for single player and co-op I don't see any problem at all with players using what they like.

For PvP, though, keyboard and mouse are a real issue and the game is plagued with players using it to get an advantage. I hope they do develop something that catches those players out. On the PC the game seamlessly allows for controllers, switching aim assist on when one is used and off if not. Using an adaptor, like a Chronos, on a console gives mouse precision and aim assist combined which is not what the Devs intended.

Ok, now that makes more sense if this is geared towards competitive PvP and not so much Single player but the question still remains:

Will the righteous pay for the sinners (so to speak, translating for a Spanish saying!), and the people playing with KB+M in solo/Campaign suffer more because cheaters will always find a way to cheat?
