    Ghost Recon Breakpoint does not allow some players to connect on PS at all... Ubisoft, when is this going to be fixed? And what about those deleted characters that so many players have now lost? Any timeline, patch, bug fixing? Any info from you would be appreciated asap!!

    Also, because we stopped post launch support on Ghost Recon Breakpoint and have no further updates planned for this title at this time, we can't guarantee that this issue will be fixed in the future, sorry for this inconvenience, but I'll report this to the game team.

    Well then how about a REFUND? I just bought this game, it doesn't work and you're basically telling us to go **** ourselves? How can you sell a product that is broken? False advertising? It's time for a lawsuit, a class action one, to bankrupt your company and get you out of this space so someone else more competitive can take over.

    While you are correct, you are preaching to the choir or spitting up in the air (so to speak), it is not the CMs fault even though, again, they (Ubi, their employers) should not be selling a broken game if they are not going to support it but, if you purchased the game via Steam, they are very good given refunds for a very good reason and this is a good one.

    Now, if you are on Console and bought it from X store and they refuse to make good on the refund, your only recourse is if you have a good Credit Card, one that will back up the customer and not the seller like many credit cards do.
