I'm having issues with Point 16 from Cross platform FAQ

16. What happens if I own For Honor on multiple platforms, but all of the accounts share the same Ubisoft Account?
You will automatically add your other accounts as friends. You can invite them like any other player. However, you cannot block these users.

I have the game for both PS4 and PC but can't invite the other account in friends tab (i can see it but when i select the other account to invite it's like im selecting myself and not the other account), worked fine before commander Ravier update.

I opened a case and sent pictures, but still haven't received anything.

Thanks for the reply, I was busy with personal matters so only had time to take pictures now.

In the first picture you can see the PC account - Just Danknaros and the knight emblem, and on the left the same account on the PlayStation (dudethecrazy0202 - Ubisoft Account Danknaros)


When I hover and click on the PlayStation account (dudethecrazy0202), I get the following:



As you can see, it shows me that I did select the proper account to invite (dudethecrazy0202, Ubi account Danknaros) but the emblem it shows is my emblem (the PlayStation account has a different emblem on purpose) we tested this even on PlayStation and the result is the same, cannot invite the other account on PC.
It seems for whatever reason, the game does recognise that I'm trying to invite the same account on a different platform (as it does show the other username), but it is acting like I am selecting myself from the group tab, and not the other account from the friends tab (as you can see every action is greyed out and locked).

If there is anything else you'd need from me please let me know, I wrote this in a hurry so if you need me to elaborate on something please feel free to ask.

Hello, Im having the same issue. I have the game on pc & ps4 under the same account but we cannot play together. There is no way to invite each other.

Is there a solution for this problem? Me and my brother are dying to play!

@jslegarda looks like it's an issue on their end, since both of us are affected.

Were you able to invite before? For us it was working until the commander Ravier update so if it's the same for you could be that the Ravier update broke something.

@Danknaros Sadly its been a while since I played so I started playing again with the new update. But it seems like it is an issuse on their end. If you get it working please let me know!

@Elchman69 Has Ubisoft come up with a soluation to this yet? I just now tried to play For Honor with my sibling and we're currently haviung the same issue. Didn't this 'Phase Two" thing come out like months ago? ;(

From what I gather most of us were able to invite before, for me I specifically remember it working up until the Ravier update.
So if your team is still looking at what might cause it, I'd say starting at the Ravier update might be the best bet, as it looks like that update broke something with the invite.
