Unsolved Problemas con AC4 Gold edition PC

Buenas, quiero compartirles una situación por la que he estado pasando desde el lunes 24 de febrero de este año 2023, ese día realicé la compra de AC4 Gold edition mediante la ubisoft store ya que se encontraba en descuento, el problema está en que una vez instalado el juego me pasaron dos cosas, la primera es que si inicio el juego desde el launcher de ubisfot connect me pide la contraseña de mi cuenta, la ingreso y luego se bugea el launcher. La segunda es que una vez instalado el juego, se me crearon dos accesos directos de AC4 en mi escritorio, uno para singleplayer y otro para multiplayer, el problema está en que cuando ejecutó el single player, este me pide un número serial de activavión, el cual se encuentra en la página del juego en el launcher, copié el número serial y lo ingresé, pero siempre me sale el mismo error: "Código Inválido".
Ya contacté con soporte, pero desde el lunes no me han dado ninguna respuesta, quisiera saber si alguien tiene o ha tenido el mismo error y si me pueden ayudar se los agradecería ya que no quiero pensar que perdí mi dinero.
