Unsolved Screen freezes randomly on any Incursion

Since Spillover was added on February 16, I have consistently experienced random times when my screen freezes sometimes for several seconds during any play.
I have tried Verifying files, nothing wrong.
I have avoided going into Co-Op meaning I cannot play Maelstrom, Spillover or any Co-Op mode because I do not want to screw up other players but it also means I cannot experience any fun at all.
It is not my computer, nothing else on my PC is harmed.
Internet connection is fine. -

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing those freezes and therefore don't want to join multiplayer games.
We'd need you to go through the steps in this article first of all, to rule out any of the most common causes.
If you still have issues after this, we would need to look into your system files (DX Diag and MSInfo) to get a better look at what could be the cause.

Regarding the Troubleshooting link
- Since this only started when Spillover dropped on February 16, it cannot be system requirements.
- Windows today told me I could upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I have not done it and do not see how Windows 11 would now be required since it has run fine on 10.
- Just noting that Connect has always Run as Administrator
I went to this folder
C:\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Extraction
and set these EXE files for Run as Administrator
R6-Extraction
R6-Extraction_BE
R6-Extraction_Plus
when I try running, Connect gives me the Administrator popup but Extraction does not. I find this odd behavior since this says in your article it would help with game freezing. I also find it odd I never had to do this before and Extraction has run fine for about a year.
- I mentioned I have Verified files.
- Graphics card drivers are up to date.
- No applications appear to be conflicting with the program and again this was not happening before Spillover dropped. -

I'm not blaming your system requirements, just the troubleshooting provided in that article can help with any kind of crashes. When it talks about Windows updates, it doesn't mean update your Windows from 10 to 11. Windows pushes updates frequently which may be set to download automatically and you don't notice them happen, but you can check for them just by typing Windows Update in the search box on your PC, then click the check for updates button and download any there. This isn't the same as downloading a new OS.
If you do continue having issues though, please send us the files that I mentioned through one of the above links so we can look into them to see what may be the cause.Official Response -

Ticket sent in, I also checked my Windows Update history, since the 16th only updates I see listed are daily anti-virus updates that have never caused issues before.
I also noticed 2 Quality Updates on the 15th not sure if something in them is the issue, I added links to the 2 updates in the ticket. -

However I was looking forward to Spillover this time but 1 week left and still freezes.
Not mad, thanks for all the fun for the past year, just clear it will not work anymore so I am going on. -
