    I loved the game! So far I haven't been able to finish a match since launch!
    The game always crashes!! The characters simply stop moving, or move as if they were walking but don't move!!

    I changed the directX to 11 and the problem continues!

    please correct

    @Ubi-Clem I and my friends have the same problem, always crashed in multiplayer mode. Sometimes after 15 second other times after 30 minutes. I am dissappointed, always the same with games of the Ubisoft.

    Can you return my purchase. I am not paying you to debug your clearly unfinished game. I am very dissappointed you sell this quality at the full price.
    Epic refused the refund.

    The same issue happening here. I have been playing for two hours, more or less, and it crashed two times already. 😞

    The game is so nice, I liked it, and I hope they fix it soon because it's a great reason not to recommend the game until Ubisoft resolves these major issues.

    @OwnerWolf Hello there! I'm really sorry to hear that this is happening to you too.

    Have you noticed the crashes happening after a certain point in the game or after performing a certain action? Is this happening in multiplayer or in single player?

    Have you been able to attempt the steps in our PC Troubleshooting guide that my colleague sent above?

    @Stocker_North Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for games that were not purchased directly through our Ubisoft Store. I apologize for the inconvenience but in this case Epic will be responsible for providing a refund.

    What is going on with Ubisoft? I have subscribed to play this game specifically. I work 200h per month, have 1 week off, and cannot play because THE GAME KEEPS CRASHING.
    My PC rig is in the 99th percentile and costs as much as a damn car. FIX THIS!! or Do Not Release Bugged Games~
