@bcihat Hi there! Unfortunately, this issue is still being looked into by our internal game team. I'm really sorry that we still do not have a resolution for this issue but I assure you we are looking into it and hope to have a fix deployed as soon as possible!
For now, I recommend going through the connectivity steps that we published in our PC connectivity guide to see if any improvement is made. Please also generate your MSInfo and DxDiag system files and your launcher logs to send to our support team through our support website. Please tell them what kind of connection you use and who your ISP is!
@Ubi-Gouda I bought the game today but I couldn't play it due to the same error. Your last reply was 3 days ago. When is it fixed?

Never mind. It's a bug that has existed since February 17th and is still unfixed. I asked for a refund. I am really sad.
this is completely disaster. I cant believe the problem still persists. I cant even play this game. Everytime I see an update I think ok that is it. they fixed it. But when I try to play this game I GOT THE SAME ERROR. FOREST 00008!
