Unsolved Clan challenges do not work.

Almost all the time doing clan challenges will not count. Doing 9/12 projects. Seven of us in my clan have done all but one project and it still says 9/12. Doing the propaganda is also stuck 11/20. This seems to happen every week and has been happening for a very long time now. The week before there were some that wouldn't complete, and the week before that. Last year I sent an e-mail to Ubisoft about this. Reply was they are aware. But yet, it was never fixed. I just don't understand why it's so hard to listen to the players about the problems going on and never do anything about it.
