Unsolved Helix store free weekly item not awarded and Reda quest disappeared after accepting it

Hi all,
Not sure if it's been reported it literally just happened to me and searched around for a little bit trying to see if it had happened to anyone else.
Essentially, when I clicked to redeem my free item from the animus store I received a brief pop up that I wasn't able to read nor screenshot but in the end I didn't receive any item and I can't redeem it either not even after re-launching the game.
As far as the second issue goes, I accepted 3 quests from Reda but only received 2. The third one is missing and there's no marker on the map nor on the quests tab.

the free item thing seems to be whether it's already owned or not, which is not great of them
the other one, try going to other Reda places (including other maps), though it might just have vanished -
@D_Outsider here same thing happened to me and I also posted right after you posted
btw, those kids' quests gone away when you logged out from game(use it to refresh quests also a way to enjoy). you can get quests from kids all around the map and they will give you each different quests(just random 2 quests from each regions' quests pool, some kids not given you 2 quests because of 'predators quests' not provided everywhere) it's fun that playing each different quests

@bksturm yeah it was the same thing (kinda back in Origins and Odyssey) i probably just need to check other maps and see if they have anything there. In England I visited several locations for but quests were all gone.
@SpirantCrayon22 wait what? Dang what were the chances. I own a few items sure, but the random factor should take those into account otherwise it's a bit like "cheating" me out of a freebie. -
Hi @D_Outsider I'm sorry to hear that you experienced issues redeeming your free weekly item. There has been some known issues with this and it was disabled on the 17th January, however it has now been enabled again.
Could you check the store again to see if you are able to redeem the free weekly item.
With regards to the Reda quests. Players have reported this issue in the past when accepting all contracts at the same time, however the development team were unable to reproduce it and after thorough investigation confirmed that they were unable to continue looking into a potential fix as they needed to focus on issues that have a comparatively higher impact on the gameplay experience.Official Response“We work in the Dark, to serve the Light. Hi there @Ubi-Keo thank you so much for the reply.
Last week I was then able to redeem it once more the soon I saw it become active again, however this week it said I owned the maximum amount of the item and then an error.
Is this behaviour intentional?

EDIT: It seems today it let me redeem again so the maximum owned doesn't seem to be intentional. -
