Locked Unsolved [Mastery Challenge] Unable to earn a gold medal in Templebourgh: Trial of the Wolf as the oil jars are missing

hello there,
i am unable to complete the mastery challenge of the wolf in templebourgh because some explosive pots are missing if you restart the trail a few times the pots will show up but not all and sometimes they don't show up at all i hope they will look into it soon.

I am also sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue completing the Templeborough Mastery Challenge: Trial of the Wolf, this is not a known issue.
Could you please try leaving the trial, fast travel to another location then fast travel back and try the trial again to see if that resolves the issue.
If it doesn't can you please provide a video that demonstrates this issue.
I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread.

hello @Ubi-Keo i did fast travel to another location but this didn't resolve the problem, i also made a manual save and my save are uploaded to the cloud, i reinstalled the game and checked my files but this all didn't resolve the problem. so i made short video.
if you can see the first enemys i walk to there are 2 small oil jars missing and after that i walk to a single enemy where there is also a missing oil jar. i hope this make things a little bit more clear

so i made this post a while ago did they solve the problem yet

I too had this problem, sometimes it worked sometimes it didnt, just had to die multiple times in the challenge to hope it would load the jars proper, if it didn't i just got myself killed asap.
I managed to gold it eventually that way, but would be nice if the jars would properly load in

After thorough investigation, the development team is unable to provide a solution for the reported issue. When assessing the complexity of the issue and number of players affected, the team had to prioritize issues that had a comparatively higher impact.
With Post-Launch support for Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to an end, we will be unable to roll out a fix for this issue.
