Unsolved Quests in Cent are not showing up in the quest log

Hi , I am newbie in the discussion group, please correct me if I make any mistake in reporting.
Currently I am doing quest in Valhalla's Cent Region, I have completed all three items, mysteries and artifacts, but I noticed the Quest in Cent not showing up in the Quest tab, and there's no marking on the particular Quest .
I have also Exit Demonstration and re-enter Animus, but still I can't see the Quest and list got Cent Region.
Kindly advise what should I do ?
p/s: I did follow some YouTube video on Cent Quest and managed to complete few quests by following their route shown in video, eg. The Abbot's Gambit, Puppets and Prisoners.
But when I am doing the Man behind the Man, I found the regroup allies but there's no leader , can't progress to this Quest. (I have detached the naval chain previously) -
Appreciate feedback from players or Ubisoft team on this issue.

Hi there @auronthas, thank you for reaching out about these issues you're encountering with the "Man behind the Man" quest. I am seeing that both of these issues were reported and should have been fixed over a year ago. It is possible that they have come back, in which case I can definitely let our dev team know and they will be able to take another look for us!
If you don't mind, please tackle the troubleshooting steps in this FAQ article to cover all of our bases. Everything in that FAQ article will rule out most common causes of technical problems and will save us a lot of time. Once those are completed successfully if either of these problems still occurs, can you send me a screenshot of your game version? The patch version should be visible in the lower corner of the main menu. After those steps are done and I receive that screenshot, I'll get everything sent up for the investigation team to review further. Thank you for your help!

Edit: Today there's a system update from PS5, just updated. Then I power cycle from safe mode and restart PS5, disconnect ethernet and reconnect network.
After that I open Valhalla, the patch note remain 1.6.2, yet I can't find the Cent Quest at Quest tab.

@Ubi-oof Hi, I would like to update, after talking to Randvi on the allied Map, it seems that Cent's consult has been turned off (or I have accidentally turn on consult on other region) . Once I switch on the consult at Cent. I can see the Cent Quest again. I believe the above is resolved for time being.
