Moved Keep disconnecting

Hi, I was a console player previously and now I just bought the game on PC.
I play on Ubisoft Connect and every now and then, I finish a game, go back on the main menu and it say I am offline.
That happen continuosly, then I have no chance to keep playing...
Is this an issue of Ubisoft Connect or something different?

Anyway, this issue has been resolved automatically, don't ask me how and why, but suddenly I don't have this problem anymore.
