    Hi,
I recently bought Anno 1800 on Steam platform. After that I bought 5 DLCs (on steam platform), however two of them are not activated once i lunch a game.

    DLCs which are not activated:
    - Bright Harvest
    - Seat of Power

Rest of DLCs are fine and are visible in the game.

What I did to fix the issue:
    - Reinstall Anno 1800
    - Reinstall Ubisoft Store
    - Verify local files on steam
    - Clean cache on steam
    - I tried to create new account on Ubisoft Store and link that account to my steam account - suprise, when activating game DLC was listed to being activated, but then Ubisoft reject me, because game was assigned to different account.

    What's going on?

PS. I created a ticket - but for two weeks it is withour any response.

  • Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

@xDD_PL having the same issue...worked fine off Steam, now forces me to play off Ubisoft but doesn't recognize all the DLC I bought through Steam.

When I say I have the DLC it asks for the key code, but Steam doesn't provide key codes...so stuck. Anno 1800 worked fine til just today (Jan 12th) been playing a month via Steam and now it's blocked and can only accessed via Ubisoft. Not sure if anyone else has this same problem.

Hey there @xDD_PL , thanks so much for getting in touch about this. I'm sorry to hear you aren't seeing these two DLCs in game - that's really unusual!

There could be a few different reasons for this. For example, some of the DLCs could be linked to a different Ubisoft Connect account. Or, some of the content might still be installing, as as such not visible in-game yet.

It's great to hear you've already reached out to our team - this is the best way to resolve this issue, as they'll be able to take a closer look at your account to see what's happening. I'm sorry they hadn't got back to you. I hope they have by now, but if not, I'm very confident that they'll be doing everything possible to respond as soon as they can.

Please let me know if you've any further thoughts or questions about this!

Edit: Just adding that I've merged another thread in with your existing one, just to keep things neat and tidy. Please note, for future reference, that we tend to respond to support threads from the oldest thread to the newest, so bumping (in addition to being directly against our forum rules) will often result in a slower response.

Hey @nikki20194 , thanks very much for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having a similar issue with DLCs not being recognised.

Can you clarify for me where you'd purchased the base game, and where you've purchased the DLCs? Please note that the base game and the DLCs need to be on the same launcher for them to be recognised - it unfortunately doesn't work to mix and match. If you've purchased the DLC and base game on the same platform, and found them to still not be recognised, please reach out to our support team directly so that we can have a closer look at your account to see what's happening.

Let me know if I can clarify this at all!
