• About two weeks ago, a friend of mine gave me a premium version of the battle pass. But i did not receive the rewards that I had already opened, but they were not available without the premium option. I can get new rewards that I open after the purchase. So 3 days ago i was about level 50 in the battle pass and my friend decided to buy me it, i have been waiting but the only thing i received was solis, and the rewards that i unlock afterwards, but didnt get any of the rewards from the tiles i already had unlocked before my friend bought me the battle pass. Is there any solution to this?

@Ubi-Akatsirin Thanks for your reply. Yes, this problem still persists. An attempt to restore the files did not bring anything. And I don't know how to check the save. However, I did not quite understand what you meant by the words " Is the issue still persisting after you launch a game to synchronize the game pass?", if you mean restarting the game or launcher, then no, it does not work.

I bought the premium pass about a week ago, late into the season. The items that I had already unlocked while in the free pass appear to still be locked. I have no clue why this is happening and was a waste of my money. Please help if you can.
