Unsolved Multiplayer: Town Hall does not show any items

Game version: GU 16
DLCs: All season passes, few cosmetic dlcs as well
Problem: When visiting any town hall in the game, I don't see any items
The situation is:- I don't have any filters toggled on
- It applies to all town halls (existing ones, new ones, rebuilt ones)
- My friend is not currently looking at warehouse/town hall
- It applies only to this given save, I don't have such a bug in single-player game (another game save)
- I can remove currently inserted item, but I cannot insert new one (because I don't see any item)
- My friend sees all the items normally (he doesn't have a bug)
- AFAIR it happened suddenly. I'm pretty sure it was working for a while.
- The bug looks exactly like there were no items in the warehouse, but they are there (my friend can see them in town hall menu)
- I see those items in the warehouse normally
What I tried:- Rebuild town hall
- Write something in the filter text input, and then remove it
- Remove some text (backspace) from filter input even if it was already empty
- Relaunch the game

Thank you for all these details! That's certainly strange to hear this is impacting you and not your friend as well, and that's good to hear that it's not impacted your single player save!
Just to cover all our bases I'd like to check the following:
1) Does anything change if you verify the game files?
2) Is the single player save an old save? If so, does this issue occur on a new single player save or not?
3) If the issue persists, please grab an image showing the items visible in the warehouse and another image showing they're not visible in the town hall!Official Response -

The workaround is that you can drag items from the warehouse or trading post onto a Town Hall, Trade Union or Harbourmaster's Office. There is at least one other thread about this subject.
