The Skull Easter Egg Challenge was mainly available during the Seasonal Challenges in 2017 that had to be completed in a specific time period. As development has been stopped and receives no further updates, we do not believe that the challenge will return in the future, I'm afraid.

@ravenbeauty229 The rewards for it appear fairly regularly in the ingame store under "Challenge Rewards" - but you can still go around the map looking for all the things that would appear when taking part in the challenge.
