Anyone else having issues with Golden Bullet?

I've enjoyed Golden Bullet these last few days. Tues, Weds, Thurs were much fun. Today I can rarely score Golden Bullet. I shoot an NPC with Golden Bullet, I get the chime, I glow yellow, I shoot another bad guy, he dies, I get the chime to indicate that I scored a kill with golden bullet, but no score increment. I ran Manning this morning solo, had 4 golden bullet score after the first skirmish (using Striker). At the ned of the mission, I still had 4, despite getting many more kills while glowing with golden bullet. Same story for the rest of the day.
Anyone else experiencing this? -
I do not notice such an issue.
But.......
The FAMAS rate of fire is much greater than the server seems to register with npc hits. -
ive been having hitreg issues , never had them before , guess the servers cant handle some gear and talents along with the event that skyrockets our RPM and stops registering at all sometimes.
