Unsolved Crashing on loading

Hey guys,
I've recently bought Valhalla, however, I managed to load it once since the update on the 10th and haven't been able to do so since.
Every time I boot the game, it crashes just after the bit that informs you of the saving feature. I have tried every method available. I submitted a ticket on Wednesday, however, haven't received any help since. -

I'm very sorry that you've not gotten a response to your ticket yet, I know how frustrating that is.
