Can you help? I have completed every other Arc even Wincestre

As I mentioned, this is something the team is looking into at this time so I'd like a few more details about the issue.
You said you've completed every arc except for Snotinghamscire? Can you provide an image of your current quest list as well as your alliance map so we can confirm this?

Could you try completing the 'In Dreams...' quest first then see if that reveals the option to pledge to Snotinghamscire. Another player on a previous forum experienced a similar issue and mentioned it became available after completing the Asgard arc.Official Response -
You should unlock Settlement Level 4 to be able to pledge to Snotinghamscire
