Unsolved Crash to Desktop on Launch when at splash screen

I am having an issue that I now get an instant crash on launch when I reach the splash screen. I used to be able to play the game before, didn't launch for a few months and now I cant run it.
I do have minimum specs (3080 ti, 32 gb ram, etc etc)
I tried all troubleshooting : re-installing, repairing files, making sure antivirus wasn't blocking it, graphic driver up to date, etc.
I get this error in the Lanch log: </h2></body></html> with error ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CSP (-30)
If I could get support on this it would be great thank you! -

I've taken note of your report, and I'm sorry to hear that crashing issues at launch prevent you from enjoying Assassin's Creed: Valhalla on PC !
For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue and in addition to the steps already performed on your end, I invite you to provide us with the following :
In addition to not launching the game for a few months, did anything change on your PC in that time, such as a new app, new network, or new peripheral ?
Does the problem still happen after following the other steps of our dedicated PC troubleshooting guide, such as checking for potential software conflicts ?

To answer your questions:- Some things did change in my set up /peripherals, but nothing that I recall that could conflict with the game.. I have a new monitor and a new graphics card (3080 ti) which are both upgrades, I used to run the game on a 1070 ti and such. Network wise, I am now on Wi-fi instead of ethernet, but the current settings shouldn't be an issue to block out a game - I double-checked.
- The problem still occurs after following all of the steps in the guide.
- I verified too and all of my other games launching from UbiConnect are launching and playing fine ( R6, Far Cry6, Roller Champions,etc) I only have the issue with AC Valhalla, which is the only one having the error I mentioned in its logs that seems to be failing the launch </h2></body></html> with error ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CSP (-30) as everything fails to load after and it hard crashes.

For the next part of our investigation, I invite you to reach out to us via our Help website, in order to provide us with the following : DxDiag and MSInfo system reports
Those will help us check the system on both a hardware level as well as on a software level (Windows error log) Ubisoft Connect logs, in a .zip archive, in order for us to check what happens in the launcher when the crash occurs
As these files can contain private information, such as IP addresses, please do not post these here on the forum
A specialist will then check the reports and get back to you as soon as possible, in order to advise you of the next steps.

@Ubi-MrM I am having a similar issue, everytime I try to load the game it crashes just as it's about to tell you about the saving symbol. I've tried all the troubleshooting methods and nothing works. I sent a ticket earlier last week and haven't received a reply...
