    Pls help, i'm starting to get frustrated with this. What should i do? I already reinstalling directX, 32bit and 64bit dlls, do memtest, validates game file, and reinstalling whole client and ubisoft connect....and still can't play!!!

    Hey there @callmeyas

    Sorry to see you're having an issue getting The Division to start up properly.

    The error you are running into is a Windows error, not a Ubisoft one, but our basic PC troubleshooting process may be helpful for fixing the problem.

    You should also make sure that Ubisoft Connect is running with administrator rights, and that the game was installed while the program was running that way.

    Finally, if you have the game and Ubisoft Connect on separate hard drives, you will need to move the game installation onto the same hard drive as Ubisoft Connect.

    If you complete all of these steps and you are still not able to get the game started, please open a support ticket with us and attach copies of your basic system files, along with the screenshot of your error. Once you do that, our team will be able to review your system set up for anything specific that may be preventing the game from launching.

    i havent seen or got any feedback about my problem using support ticket...so what should i do?

    i've done all the tips, tricks, and anything for troubleshooting...and none happen. thats why i submitted ticket support.
