    Hello team, I am writing to you desperate and deeply anxious 😢, logged in to my ps5 after a break yesterday October 19th, to find my one and only Division 2 agent gone! Not sure how it happened but it’s gone 😢.

    I see that developers have helped many others recover their accounts before, I am begging you, whoever can fix this for me pls 🙏🏻

    Here is some info to help locate my lost character:

    Game: Division 2
    psn: tidusx314
    CHARACTERS MISSING:  1
    ARE ANY CHARACTERS HARDCORE CHARACTERS?: no
    LAST TIME ACCESSED: October 19th, around 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm EST
    ESTIMATED PLAYTIME: roughly 250 hours 
    CHARACTER LEVEL: 725+
    ESTIMATE OF XP: not sure
    DARKZONE LEVEL: not sure
    GEAR SCORE:not sure
    MALE / FEMALE: male

    Please guys, help me with this 🙏🏻

    I have poured my soul into this game, I am not sure I have the time or the energy to even attempt to recover what I lost, so many hours well spent farming and building my character now gone!

    I am hoping for a miracle, pls someone have empathy 😢

    @csanc195 Don't worry Agent. I'm quite certain they can/will restore your Character as they do/did for many others. Hang in there.

    @WrecK3rr thanks man, I am losing my mind, so much effort put into farming and building my character, expertise and everything else. The random drops which I could play 1000h and never see again 😢. I am in pieces 😭

    @csanc195 know ya feels. Posted a comment on another thread on the same topic. Interestingly, when I submitted my ticket on this same subject Ubi responded with. “We’ve had a number of reports with this happening to other players & are investigating the issue”.
    Got my characters back within 12hrs but would have been quicker had I picked up losing my characters earlier that day.

    @SmoovejAGs do you know what email they used to contact you? So far I can only add comments to the case online, chat is disabled and I am in the dark right now man.

    Not sure if this is being looked at or if anyone is working on fixing this, from what I can see it seems this would take a developer 30 mins to do, but the request has to land on their desk first.

    Not sure if anyone at support lvl 1 forwarded this to them.

    @csanc195 someone reached out in twitter and asked for a code for verification that the account is mine, answered 30s after the question, haven’t heard back from the person now 4 hours later.

    A simple acknowledgement from their side would have been fine, I feel so dehumanized 😢

    @csanc195 thanks to the support team and everyone involved! I am finally able to log back into the game, with my character!

    Thank you so much for your patience and support, kudos to the support and engineering team and software architect who designed the system with this fault tolerance in mind!

    I can now go back into the world of the division 2 and continue to enjoy this awesome game!
