SHD Apparel keys are NOT dropping.

I've managed to get 8 levels in the past few hours and SHOULD have 2 SHD Apparel event keys, but NOTHING. No keys are being added to my account.
What is going on? A new bug? -

@LurchUSA Stuck at eleven keys , lost 2 so far today ?.. can they not do anything correct ?.. crashes, lost keys , bugs bugs and more bugs ? ...

The game, 3 on 3 levels says me that I earned a key but the key is not there. This game is better and better.
