@ashgun24 It's a cookies thing. Are you blocking popups or cookies? That's likely the cause. Try opening the website on a different browser.

Oh my god, this has been going on for months and all the support team is saying is "we have agnowladged the issue and are working on it". No you are not, stop lying and just fix it, if i could delete the popup by inspecting and deleting the overlay, i am sure the support team can try to fix it.

@ubi-smash Hi Im having the exact same problem of not being able to log into story mode with the same pop up error.
I have purchased Assassins Creed Odyssey Ultimate version on ps4, ps4 account has been linked to ubisoft.
Changing browsers and settings hasn't helped.
Sent a case to tech, hasn't replied yet, its been awhile.

@Jani1116 I experience the same issue. I do own the assasins creed game by obtaining the xbox game pass ultimate. Still it sends me the strange popup error.

I have an Xbox Series S and I don't physically own Assassin's Creed Odyssey but I have it for free with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and I shouldn't have to buy AC Odyssey in order to make my own Stories because if I'm physically playing Assassin's Creed Odyssey as I'm writing this and if I can play other people's stories then I should be able to make my own. It's not fair that I have to pay 60 dollars just to create my own stories, if I can play Assassin's Creed Odyssey then I should be able to make my own stories for it. Ubisoft needs an update for Assassin's Creed Odyssey that lets people who have it with Game Pass make their own stories.
