Ability description:
Mizet’s unique ability is the Portable Laser Cutter, or the PLC. This device allows her to breach reinforced and unreinforced surfaces, in a manner that is similar to Maverick’s D.I.Y. blowtorch. However, her device has a limited battery that recharges while not in use and, unlike Maverick’s blowtorch, it tends to make some noise that can be heard by nearby enemies, giving away her position. Getting caught in an emp blast while in use will instantly cause the device to run out of battery power. Additionally, IQ can detect the PLC while it is in use by using her RED Mk III "Spectre".
Biography:
Zdenka Ludmila Novotná joined the army after finishing her education in chemistry and physics at Palacký University Olomouc. She served in the 4th Rapid Deployment Brigade for five years, before requesting to be transferred into the 31st Radiological, Chemical and Biological Protection Regiment, which she served in for six years. She applied to join the military’s special forces. Her expertise in CBRN protocols and marksmanship and extensive training in intelligence gathering and analysis, reconnaissance, survival, parachuting, and guerilla warfare caused her to be placed in the 102nd Reconnaissance Battalion. Her involvement in several hostage rescue operations caught the attention of Specialist Dominic "Bandit" Brunsmeier who recommended him to Captain Gustave "Doc" Kateb.
Psychological Report:
It takes type of person to do the type of work Wolfguard does. At first glance, specialist Zdenka “Mizet” Ludmila Novotná is not the type of operator you would typically expect in that type of situation, as she is often seen as being calculating, self-centered, and fearful. However, she is always thinking ahead and often uses her own fears to try to anticipate her enemies’ possible reactions. She chooses to face her fears rather than running away from them. This type of approach could be beneficial to our squad. 
Her involvement in Operation Noble Horn demonstrates this point. Her unit was tasked with rescuing some hostages being held in a remote location positioned deep in an area controlled by an organized terrorist group. There were more hostile troops there than originally expected, which put the safety of the hostages at risk. She decided to have her team distract the enemy, while she and another teammate snuck by them and infiltrated the compound to rescue the hostages. They encountered some resistance in the compound, but they managed to break through by tricking the enemy into attempting to rush them, which allowed to easily ambush the hostiles and successfully rescue the hostages. Her ability to improvise on the go and figure out how hostiles would likely respond to certain tactics saved the day.
Never the less, it will be important to keep an eye on her to make sure her anxiety does not cloud her judgement. Her close relationship with specialist Olivier “Lion” Flament could help control her anxiety as his presence seems to calm her. I can’t tell if they are just friends or something more. Regardless, I believe her fear will be more of asset than a liability. As long as it does not negatively affect the squad’s performance on missions, then I’m not too concerned about it.

Ability description:
Silakbo’s unique ability is the Stimulant Rush System, or SRS. The SRS uses a mixture of stimulant chemicals to revive downed allies, and temporarily enhance allies’ movement speed, reduce their weapon recoil, and overall damage resistance that is stored in a patch put on all operators prior to deployment. Operators effected by the SRS will die more quickly from Lesion’s Gu mines, Smoke’s gas grenades, and Capitão’s toxic gas bolts than operators not using it. Like Finka’s adrenal surge, Mute’s jammers and emp grenades can stop any operators patch from activating while in their area of effect, but, unlike her, if it is activated before entering the jammer’s area of effect or getting hit by the emp grenade, it will not eliminate the SRS’ effects. 
Biography:
Marvin Wilfredo Briones wanted to join the military in order to help fight the extremist groups that were responsible for killing his sister. After he finished his collegiate studies in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering at the University of the Philippines, he opted to join the army. He served in Medical Corps for five years before requesting to be transferred into infantry, which he was put in the 8th Infantry Division. After serving in infantry for six years, he was encouraged to apply to join the special forces. He joined the Special Forces Regiment where he learned advanced reconnaissance techniques, amphibious warfare, combat search and rescue, hostage rescue, defusing and disposal of bombs, CBRN protocols, advanced hand-to-hand combat, light and heavy weapons, marksmanship, and combat diving. His broad skillset and excellent service record attracted the attention of Captain Yumiko “Hibana” Imagawa who offered him a spot on Viperstrike. 
Psychological Report:
Specialist Marvin “Silakbo” Wilfredo Briones has often been described as a restless individual. He has a strong desire to help other people, which likely is what likely motivated him to join the army. This desire to help other people along with his outstanding service record is what convinced me to offer him a spot on Viperstrike. Allow me to discuss his service record in more detail. 
In Operation Broken Spear, the Philippine Army’s 8th Infantry Division, which Silakbo was a part of at the time, was tasked with clearing out a compound controlled by guerilla group that was terrorizing the local civilian population. Initially, everything went according to plan until the troops discovered the group had several hostages in compound and a large number of hostile fighters were on their way. The unit decided to try to defend their position and call for reinforcements. His unit was nearly over run, until Briones decided to take a risk and try out flanking them by attempting to attack them from behind. His actions succeeded in saving the hostages and his unit. 
Silakbo understands the cost of rushing into action without considering the consequences, which he saw first hand in Operation Shadow Hunt. He knows that there are times on missions where he will need to hurry in order to get the job done, but at the same time he knows we can’t afford to be reckless. The level discipline he shows on and off the field will be very helpful to our unit.
My only major concern was about the trauma of his sister’s death. He was there when his sister was killed. Through my conversations with him, I have determined he does not seem to have any signs of any significant trauma, but it will be something I will be monitoring to ensure it does not negatively affect our unit’s performance in the field.

Ability description:
Kehey’s unique ability is the Remote Jamming Device or RJD. The RJD will disable any electronic device used by enemies in its area effect. However, if Mute’s Signal jammers are deployed in the area before the RJD is deployed, then the device will not work until the jammers are destroyed. Solis can detect the Remote Jamming Device while it is active. The device can be easily destroyed by gunshots, melee attacks, or explosives. 
Biography:
Shahar Malkah excelled in science during her secondary education. After completing her secondary education, she studied at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology where she studied chemistry, biology, and electrical engineering. She decided to join the Israeli Ground Forces in order to serve her country and honor her deceased grandfather, who was an Alférez in the Portuguese Air Force. She joined the Combat Intelligence Collection Corps, where she gained accolades in reconnaissance and close quarters combat. After serving in it for six years, she was requested to be transferred to the Israeli Combat Engineering Corps. She excelled in his training, which caused her to be chosen to train to join Yahalom. Outside of work, she studies foreign languages, which she is fluent in Korean, Portuguese, and Swahili. Her exceptional service record and unique skillset caught the attention of Captain Jordan “Thermite” Trace who offered her the opportunity to join Red Hammer.
Psychological Report:
The report indicates that I recruited Specialist Shahar “Kehey” Malkah because of her service record and unique skillset. Allow me to discuss why I chose her to join Red Hammer. Malkah was responsible for the success of multiple high stakes operations. 
In Operation Burning Star, her squad was tasked with defusing three dirty bombs guarded by multiple hostiles in a major business building. Unfortunately, the enemy expected special forces to deploy to try defuse the bombs and had blocked off most of the possible entrances that would have allowed them to enter the area undetected, leaving them with no choice but enter through an entrance positioned on the roof. Upon entering the building, the enemy ambushed her squad, killing half of them. Malkah managed to survive the ambush and with the remaining members of her squad defused the bombs. She also managed to capture the individual responsible for orchestrating this attack. 
In Operation Rain Sting, Malkah and her squad were tasked with rescuing a hostage with vital information related to the whereabouts of a known terrorist group. It was apparent after their deployment that the captors were not willing to go down without a fight. After a firefight that lasted twenty-five minutes, Malkah decided to try to trick the captors into coming out into the open in order to take them out, which her plan worked and the operation was a success. Her ability to adapt to challenging situations and improvise plans to counter enemy tactics are skills that will make her excellent addition to the team. 
Her expertise in CBRN protocols, chemistry, and bomb disposal will be useful to Red Hammer. She was quick to make friends with Specialist Shuhrat "Fuze" Kessikbayev because of their shared expertise on explosive devices and interest in engineering. I believe she will be a valuable addition to Rainbow.

Ability description:
Fantasma’s unique ability is the Remote Detection Sensor. Once deployed it will cloak itself and mark the positions of enemy personnel and their deployed gadgets. However, the device will briefly deactivate if caught within an emp blast and it can be easily destroyed by melee attacks and gunshots. Additionally, IQ can detect it even when it is cloaked. 
Biography:
Mexico’s Secretary of National Defense has requested Fantasma’s identity remain secret from all but his fellow operators for reasons related to Mexico’s national security, currently active missions, and the safety of Fantasma’s family, but his files have been released to me. Fantasma enlisted in the Army shortly after finishing his college education where he studied chemistry, health sciences, and mechanical engineering. He rose through the ranks quite swiftly and he was encouraged to join Cuerpo de Fuerzas Especiales. He earned accolades for his expertise in intel gathering, counter-surveillance, interrogation, hostage rescue, and marksmanship. He was eventually invited to join the Fuerza Especial de Reacción. He was involved in capturing several drug lords and high-profile criminals. Mexico’s Secretary of National Defense recommended him to Captain Taina “Caveira” Pereira to join Rainbow as a specialist in CBRN defense, covert operations, and executive protection.
Psychological Report:
I had never heard of Fantasma before he was recommended to me. I know Mexico’s Secretary of National Defense recommended him to join Rainbow because of his specialized skillset. His expertise in covert operations and interrogation made him look like a good candidate to join the Ghosteyes squad. He was eager to begin working with our unit in order to expand his skillset.
Fantasma’s actions are driven by his desire to protect his family and look for the well-being of his fellow operators. He is very guarded about his family, probably because he wants to keep them safe. It is apparent he can keep a cool head in stressful situations according to field reports. He exudes a great deal of self-control and patience, which impressed Specialist Saif “Oryx” Al Hadid and Specialist Yumiko “Hibana” Imagawa. 
His reputation for effectively handling challenging is frequently demonstrated in both field reports and his service record. For example, in Operation Broken Hand, he and his squad were tasked with locating and either capturing or eliminating a rogue special forces squad that had been killing large numbers of civilians, which some of the squad’s members included his former comrades. Not only did he find and capture the rogue squad without much difficulty, he managed to prevent any civilian casualties from occurring during that mission and he found out about the whereabouts of two other rogue squads. 
So far he has integrated into the squad well and his expertise has proven to be a valuable on multiple occasions. He has become friends with many operators both in this squad and the others. He works well with Specialist Santiago “Flores” Miguel Lucero, Specialist Vicente “Capitão” Souza, Specialist Thandiwe “Melusi” Ndlovu, and Specialist Azucena Rocío “Amaru” Quispe because of similar strategies for dealing with hostile engagements and their shared understanding of criminal behavior. He has become friends with Specialist Erik “Maverick” Thorn, Specialist Sanaa “Nomad” El Maktoub, and Specialist Elias “Blitz” Kötz over their shared interest in foreign languages and cultures. I believe his background and expertise will make him an excellent addition to Ghosteyes.

Ability description:
Yuraqib’s unique ability is 'Afeaa alhufra mask. The googles in the mask can be manually activated to allow them to see through smoke clouds using thermal vision, even while moving. However, unlike Warden’s Glance smart glasses, he can be blinded by stun grenades while using his ability. The mask makes him immune to damage from poisonous gas clouds. 
Biography:
Khaled Ayman Elsayed studied chemical engineering at Alexandria University. Two years later, following the advice given to him by his friends and family, he decided join the army. He served in the infantry corps for four years, before being transferred into the chemical warfare corps. Wanting serve in a unit that saw more combat, after five years he requested to join Airborne Corps. His expertise in chemical engineering, CBRN protocols, bomb disposal, CQC, intelligence gathering, and parachuting helped to complete multiple missions. Eventually, he was offered opportunity to join the 27th Parachute Battalion, which he has served in sense then. He is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Swahili, and Japanese. His expertise on CBRN defense, bomb disposal, and chemical engineering, along with his involvement in a high-profile bomb defusal operation, caught Captain Jordan “Thermite” Trace’s attention who offered him the opportunity to join Red Hammer. 
Psychological Report:
Specialist Khaled “Yuraqib” Ayman Elsayed is a rare and unique discovery. His skills would make him a valuable addition to Red Hammer. He was hesitant join Rainbow, but eventually he decided to join in order to expand his skill set and establish more professional connections. I believe that the reason he was initially reluctant to join was because of how he does not want to be analyzed. After realizing that is not what we wanted to do, he was more open to working with us.
His involvement in Operation Burning Field was particularly impressive. His squad was tasked with rescuing several hostages and defusing the bombs in the building they were being held in. There was intense resistance from the captors throughout the mission. At one point, the lives of the hostages were at risk; which he had no choice but to rush into the room where the hostages were being held in and eliminate all the hostiles before the captors had a chance to harm the hostages. He had to fight his way through intense resistance to extract the hostages. The mission was successful thanks to his actions. Its this kind of ability to fight through intense enemy resistance, undeterred by the number of enemies or the odds of success, that makes him a good candidate to join Red Hammer. 
I know he is still suffering from Anosmia that he got as a result of a car accident that happened five years ago. The traumatic head injury included some damage to his olfactory nerves, which caused him to lose his sense of smell. He has recovered from his other injuries, but his inability to smell persists for some reason, although medical professionals are unsure why. Based on recent field reports I don’t think his Anosmia will impact his performance in the field.

I'm almost sure that someone online or someone at Ubisoft themself thought of this before me, but I feel as though it's important to give a solution to this. The problem at hand is that Jäger has been, is, and always will be a meta pick. His utility is helpful or outright necessary no matter who the Attackers pick, which means that, no matter how many more things Ubi nerfs about him, he'll still be picked. I think that the solution has to be a similar one to the near 100% pickrate that hardbreachers used to have. You just had to have one, or else you were throwing, until the Secondary Hard Breach Charge was introduced. It made it so that you were never forced to pick a hardbreacher and could be a little more flexible.

If we apply this to Jäger, a new secondary gadget with a similar effect to his main gadget could be added to take some of the weight off of his shoulders. Now, strength-wise, I'd limit this new mini-ADS to only one use. Otherwise, Jäger would get completely overshadowed. But with the option to take this, it means you can have that similarly newfangled flexibility that Attack got from the S.H.B.C.'s addition.

There is one glaring flaw with this though; Jäger's current state. If we were to gain this tool, Jäger's current frailty would instantly be obvious. I may not have played him back in some of his strongest years, but I remember the days of 30+1 mag pre-nerf damage 416-C, which at the time was an issue. But, with the proposed changes here, I think that these days would have to be brought back to keep Jäger's head above-water (but not 416-C ACOG).

It also would possibly limit the usage of some of the secondary gadgets that are currently seen by some as problematic, such as the Deployable Shield, which is kind of being used to fill the mini-ADS's proposed-role.



At the end of the day, this could mess up the meta a decent bit, and possibly not in a good way, but at this point, I'm not sure what else they could do outside of just outright removing him from the game.

I have an idea for a new operation for Rainbow Six Siege, which I will be shown bellow. I will be posting information on my ideas for new operators in a separate post in order to allow discussion in this post to focus on my suggestion for a new operation, and allow me to some time to finish writing their stories and adjusting their gadgets and gear to make sure their proposed loadouts make sense, which will hopefully be done soon. Operation name: Operation Rogue Fury

Story: In recent times, there have been some dramatic twists in the conflict between the Rainbow teams and Nighthaven. To start, Harry discovered that Apha “Aruni” Tawanroong left Nighthaven after she discovered that Nighthaven had been performing hits on some wealthy innocent civilians and government officials. According to her, Nighthaven is being contracted to do so by a mysterious unknown buyer only known by the code name Abyss. She agreed to meet with Harry, upon the condition that she bring the individual who helped her to the meeting. 
     Harry recognized Aruni’s associate instantly as soon as he walked into the meeting. Baxten “Storm” Raykoff had originally come to Harry’s attention when he was considered as candidate to become Rainbow’s assistant director of tactical training and operation management, which would be supervised by Director Samuel “Zero” Fisher and would take over while Fisher is employed in the field. He had met with him twice to interview him for that position. Storm had hired Aruni to work with him as a private investigator in the small private detective agency he ran. During the meeting, it was revealed that Nighthaven was responsible for the murder of Masayuki Yahata, which they handed Harry a full Nighthaven report stating they had successful killed Mr. Yahata, which the report stated the reason it had been done was Mr. Yahata had failed to pay Abyss the money he owed him on time on multiple occasions. 
     Harry also learned that Nighthaven was responsible for a recent assassination attempt of a Ukrainian diplomat, who was there to meet with an Interpol official and the French official sent by the French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs to discuss their thoughts on suspected human trafficking in the two countries, in Versailles, France, even though the exact reason why they targeted him specifically is not currently known. Harry had heard about the attack in Versailles and knew specialist Håvard “Ace” Haugland had been arrested at the scene of the attack. What Harry didn’t know was that Storm and Aruni were in Versailles when the attack happened, which they had received some information that the attack was going to happen there and warned local authorities, and had assisted authorities in preventing casualties and stopping some Nighthaven’s operators from escaping. After the meeting, given multiple operators had spoken highly of Storm’s skills and abilities, Harry offered Storm the position, which he accepted. 
     The other thing that occurred was Harry was contacted directly by both Ukraine’s Secretary of state and one of Ukraine’s top generals within one week of Nighthaven’s assassination attempt in Versailles. They offered to send Harry one of their best operators to join the Rainbow team to help prevent an attack like that from happening again and to help capture some of the operators who joined Nighthaven, specifically specialist Lera "Finka" Melnikova. The operator they wound up sending was Mykyta “Vedmid” Garin, a member of Ukraine’s Alpha Group. He is considered an expert on area control, counter terrorism, CBRN protocols, survival tactics, epidemiology, chemistry and zoology. After meeting with Garin, Harry decided to accept the Ukrainian government’s offer to have Garin join the Rainbow team.
