It has been a while since I had mentioned my Operator designs.
And with the more recent developments within the world of R6 Siege, I made some modifications to some of my Operators in order to better diversify the team.

And so, I have not only split my Operator designs between Attacker and Defender, but also in four separate functions -

• Reinforcements
• ROS
• NightHaven
• Standard

REINFORCEMENTS Operators are a total of ten Operators that would be released alongside a story mode tie-in game that I also propose in which we FINALLY get to have the missions where Team Rainbow fights the White Masks in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: OPERATION // SHATTERED MASK.
Lore-wise, these Reinforcement Operators are newer recruits that Harry, Zero, and Ash worked to recruit into Team Rainbow after the sudden mass-exodus of some members to NightHaven. 8 of these new operators hail from the Pathfinder CTUs while two of the Attackers are not from the Pathfinder CTUs.
Basically, if/when this hypothetical tie-in game releases; I would have these ten operators added to Siege's multiplayer and by playing through the campaign, players will unlock these ten new Operators for use in Siege.
10 Operators

ROS Operators are, obviously, new operators to join the likes of Samuel "ZERO" Fisher within the Rainbow Operation Staff.
The ROS division being the patch worn by the Operators that are stars crossing over from other Tom Clancy franchises, such as Ghost Recon, HAWX, The Division, and the Ryanverse.
Including ZERO, there would then be seven ROS Operators for players to hopefully have fun playing as someday.
6 Operators

NightHaven Operators are, well, new operators that are not from Team Rainbow but are instead from NightHaven SIG.
Of course for gameplay reasons they would be available for play in Siege, duh.
But I figured that not all of my Operators can come from actual CTUs. Gotta show some love to the "bad guys" faction that NightHaven has become.

Standard Operators are, well, standard.
They are your typical new faces that hail from a country and a CTU, recruited into Team Rainbow and are assigned to squads such as Wolfguard or SpiderNet (what I am calling the team that NOKK is a part of that for some reason has not been fully revealed yet.)

Well, there you have it.
All 42 of my Operators that have survived my edits and balancing tweaks.
Plenty of my designs had to be scrapped over this process.
Perhaps more will be scrapped along the way while new ones will come around on occasion to take center stage.

I am short on time at the moment to go into further detail, so I will be making an edit to this post later on.
The edit will be me adding in links to my Google Docs that go into MUCH further detail on the operators and how they function in-game.
Though I am still in the process of fleshing some of them out when it comes to biographies.

Ubisoft devs that might be browsing here for some reason or another.
I don't want to sound arrogant here.
But I have also designed these operators with game-balance in mind, thinking up of ideal synergies and counters. These aren't just "wouldn't it be cool if there was someone who did this in Siege?" but rather concepts that have been given deeper thoughts.
It would be amazing to see my concepts be made into actual Operators somewhere down the line.

So... it's been about a week, so I guess I should unveil my R.O.S. Operators.

I did have to make a slight modification after some closer review of the series.
OPERATION // NO REMORSE is now OPERATION // OLD BLOOD.
Instead of John Kelly aka "John Clarke", we instead have the role of MONITOR being played by Domingo "Ding" Chavez.
I realized that in the canon, John was born in 1945, so that would make him WAAAAY too old for the field. So his step-son Domingo Chavez returns to Team Rainbow instead.

Alrighty, we are nearing the finish-line folks.

I have ten-more operators to detail for you all; five Attackers and five Defenders.
Though I did do some tweaking a bit here.

I have decided that my Defender Operator "HAWKEYE" should be instead renamed as "HUSH" and then moved from Defense to Attack.
I figured that her unique-utility gadget would be pretty overpowered on Defense no matter what I would try to do.
So as a balance adjustment, I moved my Attacker "VERTIGO" to now be a Defender, ensuring that I still have an equal amount of operator proposals on both sides.

As mentioned previously, there was an adjustment made earlier where HAWKEYE was renamed to HUSH and moved to the Attacker's team while VERTIGO was swapped over to the Defender's team.

And there you have it folks.
All 42 of the Operators I designed that have made it though the cutting room floor.
There were more I had made up that totaled the design count to just shy of 60 Operators, but many of them had to be scrapped because Ubisoft ended up making the Operator in question anyway.
Such as PANTHER who was going to be Sam Fisher. Or BALOR who used a camera launcher that fired directed lasers to destroy Defender utilities. When ZERO came out and was both Sam Fisher and BALOR, I had to scrap BALOR and then give PANTHER's ability to another Operator, whom I decided to be PHOENIX instead.

SPARTAN was a shield Operator that would be able to use his Riot Shield to plant on the ground as a massive deployable shield and to seal off doorways & breach holes to prevent roaming Defenders from regaining the objective so easily, but OSA's arrival had that be scrapped since she allowed for something similar in a more aggressive manner.

DAMASCUS too was another Operator that needed to be scrapped because of the arrival of AZAMI fulfilling that role in very much a similar manner.

Just to name a few on the cutting room floor.

Anyway, I hope you gamers enjoy my proposals. Perhaps more will be needed to be scrapped as Ubisoft adds more characters to Siege over time? Heck, my joke operator of YEET-BOI even made it into the game as ORYX.

UPDATE --- My roster of Operator Proposals has gone from 42 to 46 Operator Proposals !

Okay so.

I was bored and realized that perhaps I should unscrap some of my operator designs that were cut away, especially since I created two new Defenders..
They needed some work and adjustment to better fit them in Siege's sandbox.

With some edits and tweaks I was able to revitalize four of my scrapped operators, two on Attack and two on Defense. My Greek Attacker is virtually the only one that has been unchanged from his original designs.

I decided that these four Operators should be a part of NightHaven, bringing my roster up from 8 NightHaven Operators to now be 12 NightHaven agents.

My operators roster is now beyond 42 and now totals to 46.
Perhaps another spark of inspiration will come in and I will be able to reach a roster of 50 viable operators?
Though I think any further additions would have to be added to the typical R6 Operators or maybe another R.O.S. Operator down the line?




Who knows.

Also... should I try to join Ubisoft?
Perhaps I could prove vital in setting up for a PvE Story Experience tie-in game so players can actually take the fight to the White Mask organization?

So I just saw BRAVA be revealed... Ubisoft... are you stealing my ideas?
Because I have a folder of scrapped operator designs that now has about a dozen scrapped operators.
