    Hi, I was wondering if anyone can please help me out? One of my family member's accidentally deleted my Agent on The Division 2. I lost all my progress and everything after putting 100s of hours into the game. That was my only Agent 😞

    I have opened up a Support Case with Ubisoft Support, but no one is responding to it. It's been a week now and I am worried I may never be able to recover my progress and Agent.

    Can someone please help me recover my progress and Agent in full? I'd really appreciate it!

    @LadyLevantine hey, I had a similar thing happen to me, I logged in and my agent was gone. I was wondering if ubi helped you to recover your agent or not, did they fix your situation?

    Of four characters I lost my main character & a mule character Sunday 16th October. Filed my ticket & three emails later had both characters back & was playing again within 12 hours.
    I'm not entirely sure what happened after leaving my character afk at a DZ checkpoint but after returning to my X/S 10-15mins later I saw I was delta, on the character select screen & showing the option, delete character. I was like [censored]? No & quit the game. 4-6hrs later I log back in & two of my four characters were gone.
    I was pretty upset but yea, Ubi support we’re definitely on the ball!

    @SmoovejAGs awesome, I am glad they were able to help you, I filed a ticket since yesterday but so far no response from the dev team. Hopefully they get to my issue before the data is long gone from the server. It’s really painful man, that was my one and only character.

    I would suggest to wait for a little bit until the Support gets back to you with the results of their investigation.
