Unsolved Fertilizer silo in vanilla game

Hello,
I've purchased all the DLCs released until now. Game update 15 is installed.
I started a new Anno 1800 game with none of the DLCs activated.
When I reached the activation threshold for Seeds of Change DLC (first Obrero), fertilizer silo option was added to both old world and new world crop farms.
I believe this is a bug.
Since I do not have the Seeds of Change DLC activate for this playthrough, fertilizer silos should not be available.

@karumati Hi Mati, thanks for reaching out to report this! Is the fertilizer silo the only DLC content you've noticed in this save game? Have you reached the requirements for any other DLC content?

@Ubi-Mushy Yes, fetilizer silo is the only DLC content that i have noticed so far.
I have reached about 900 Engineers and about 300 Obreros so far in this save game. Based on the requirements, it seems that I have not yet reached the requirements for Botanica, Seat of Power and The High Life DLCs.
