Locked Unsolved Rewards not being given or showing up.

So, I own Splinter Cell Blacklist and I own Ghost Recon Future Soldier. The Splinter Cell skin unlocked immediately after playing for 5 seconds, but the skin isn't showing in my P90 skin list yet. The Ghost Recon skin isn't claimable yet for some reason. I keep seeing that I need to play for 1hr+ but the game keeps crashing on me, so I literally can't.
Any chance you can just give me the skins or unlock the rewards for me? You can check my account and see that I have the games in my library. Thanks. -
The Splinter Cell skin is still not in my game, and the Ghost Recon skin is still not claimable 12 hours later.

I understand that you didn't receive the weapon skins in Rainbow Six: Siege for having played Ghost Recon Future Soldier and Splinter Cell Blacklist. After checking your account, I can see that you do meet the requirements for receiving these rewards, so I have now added those skins to your account
