Unsolved [PC] Process Lasso settings are causing the game to crash

Despite playing without hassles for a while, the game started to fail to launch (small splash screens only and then the the Valhalla executable terminates). I tracked it down to my recently having set the 'CPU Affinity' to the performance cores and the 'Process Priority' to 'Above Normal' in Process Lasso. Disabling the Process Lasso governor would allow the game to launch. Starting the Process Lasso governor would again cause the game to fail to launch.

The workaround of disabling Process Lasso (governor) is good enough for me, but it would be nice to not have to take that additional step to play the game. For 12th gen i7 gaming performance in Windows 10, Process Lasso is often used to assign only the performance cores (via CPU affinity) to the games' executables.
Please allow for the use of Process Lass CPU Affinities and Process Priorities with the game. At least, let your support staff know of the possible conflict towards informing the affected end users of the workaround of disabling the Process Lasso governor. -
Hi @aouie01 I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced crashes in Assassin's Creed Valhalla, but pleased that you have been able to resolve it by disabling Process Lasso.
