Thanks very much for these reports, I really appreciate it. I understand matchmaking is currently down. Our teams are investigating this now, and we'll report back as soon as we have an update.

Our team is aware of the current degradation : (https://t.co/Vx4C0r0gnr)Anno 1800 PC servers are experiencing and are already working towards getting the matter resolved.

When playing Anno 1800, a message constantly flies from the top right with text
connected, but limited access: QuickMatch.
So i cannot play mutliplayer with my friend ? -

Can confirm we also see this message when trying to load a Multiplayer save. Seems the matchmaking service is unavailable for everyone.

Still don't know why you would design a multiplayer that does not work if some stupid server is offline, direct IP connects or LAN should still work =/.
