In the boss fight with Balor in the children of Danu, after I defeat the boos, nothing happens, he drops down, and nothing.
I shoot the arrow inside of him, he wakes up and he doesn't have his sword and he doesn't get any damage and I also don't get any damage of him, I changed my weapons, I reload the game and it did not fix the issue, please help me, thank you.

I finally went back to fight Balor this morning, but after I beat him, nothing happens! No spear appears, and he just lies there.

I have retried 6 times, same outcome. Not sure if this is a new bug after big patch today?

I've now reloaded and fought Balor three times. Each time he is defeated, the stun attack animation plays, the animation hitches a little after Eivor lands, and then Balor lies dead while continuing to talk and appearing to have the slightest bit of health left. If Balor is shot with an arrow, he will begin to fight again without picking up his sword while still having the same animations and hitbox. Melee attacks do not register, but if shot with more arrows, Balor can enter the stun state again. I can repeat the stun attack and the entire scenario continues. Balor continues playing voicelines while dead on the ground.

In release 1.6 fighting the Balor fight in Wrath of the Druids does not complete correctly. This is not my video, but this is what I am experiencing.

After completing the final stun move on Balor it goes through the animation but as soon as it ends the character freezes and Balor is just laying on the ground doing nothing but yelling at me. Someone please help I tried restarting and going to a new save previous to this one but still nothing.

For the first time I'm fighting Balor but the problem is that he bugs out when I deplete his hp to 0, stuck in Stun Attack or other times he just gets up again and starts swinging again with 0 hp.
Only to get downed again and stuck in animation yet again.
So I can't finish the fight at all

@howevah Made it to Balor fight today as well, no variation in fighting him seems to avoid the bug. Most often experiencing him ragdolling with voice lines playing. (platform PS5)

The same bug. I tried 3 times so far. After Balor is defeated nothing happens. He has 0 points and fight continues.

Same issue here. You take him down to zero health, perform the finishing animation and then he sits there for a second before ragdolling. Then if you hit him with an arrow or something he gets back up and starts swinging an invisible sword at you and is immune to all but arrow damage. I let him kill me three times and "finished" him 4 times with no success. This boss is straight trippin.

@howevah same issue on Xbox series s, get him down to 0 health, do finishing move, then lies there spouting his lines while dead, bit like monty python and the holy grail

@howevah I’ve played him about 30 times and I get similar with slightly different glitches when trying out other ways but the same result. I’ve tried taking out the weak points first, taking down the health bar first, and either he’s invincible or I’ll get him to where he is in the final down position and are R3 stun attack won’t work. Please fix

I'm having the same exact issues everyone else has mentioned here. I play ACV on Stadia. Cutscene gets cutoff as soon as I slide underneath Balor then it goes back to the battle with him kneeling down not moving but still talking. R3 option shows up but nothing happens.

I have the same problem as all other players here.

Also the trade post bug is still not solved.
Please fix this ubisoft!
Balor dies. And you got stuck in the transporterd world.

You cant go back and need to reload the game.
