Unsolved Old Cellar glitch

Hello, I have had the glitch in the old cellar for at least a year now. As well as the recreating ragnars death. Would really like these fixed as I can’t finish the game without them. Please help

In order to help you better, could you please describe your Old Cellar issue a bit more please? Are you having problems with the tablet not raising after destroying the barrels or the tablet is missing altogether? Or you've managed to collect it, but the mystery is still marked on your map?
Regarding the recreation of Ragnar's death - are you referring to problems with interacting with clues during 'The Lost Drengir of Ragnar Lothbrok' quest here?
If possible, please also provide us with any short videos and screenshots you might have that are showing the issues - they will greatly help in the investigation!
